How to download a video from Facebook

I have recently realised that many people are wondering how to download and save a Facebook video on their device. It is very simple and no software is required for this. 

You first need to go onto Facebook www.facebook.com using your search engine, open the url where the video you wish to download is located. 

Once you have got the video in front of you, select the url (website address) and replace the "www" by a "m" to be able to switch to the mobile version.

 The address should look like this: 

https://www.facebook.com/MatteoAndCompany/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel

After you have applied the change, it should look this way:

https://m.facebook.com/MatteoAndCompany/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel

You will now be able to click right on the video and the "Save the video as" option will appear. 

You will be able to rename the video and save it in MP4 format onto your computer.

Please note that this tip works for computers, mobiles and tablets. Make sure you use your search engine and not the Facebook app.
